Hi, I’m Shawn– I live in Nashville about 15 minutes from Downtown, but please don’t ask me for any honky tonk recommendations, my boot scooting days are behind me (as you can tell from that less-than-timely reference). 
I’m Chief Innovation Officer for Call Design North America, which is a LinkedIn-friendly way of saying that I spend a lot of time looking for new problem-solving ways to make our customers’ lives better. I’ve enjoyed working with most of my Call Design colleagues for 25 years, and there are some good reasons for that: they’re smart, fun to work with, and deeply invested in our customers’ success. I believe that buying books and reading books are two separate hobbies. I also love scary movies and reminding my beautiful cat Olivia that pretty is as pretty does.
